Student Schedules Form

Please utilize the following link to submit a form should you see an issue with your students schedule that has been viewed on the FOCUS portal. The middle school counselor and Assistance Principal will be reviewing the responses to attempt to have completed and correct schedules for the first day of school August 10^th. Please ensure that there is a valid e-mail and phone number should we need to contact you regarding the submission you have made. Please know that if a student’s schedule is set and they have the appropriate classes they needed in their progression for middle school there is no room for movement for teacher preferences. Should you have a specific request with reasonable documentation Mrs. Marks will need to address that request.
